Yes. We connect over the API, or through a standard integration, with the packages you already run. No rip-and-replace.
Before we start, we run a quick stack check: which systems, which versions, which integration points are already open. That way you know up front what's technically possible and what isn't, no surprises halfway through the pilot.
Doesn't it work with your setup? Then we stop, honestly. No contract that locks you in for six months for something that doesn't fit.
3.“What if the AI gets something wrong with a client?”
All agent output to clients goes past a person first. Until you say: this type of message can go out directly.
That's not a temporary safety measure. That's how we build it. You stay in control of what's sent on behalf of your company, always.

4.“What do you do with our client data?”
