What we don't do

No platform to learn how to operate.

We don't sell software that takes you months to implement. We ask three things, pick one pain that's leaking money, and fix it. The rest comes later, or never, if it doesn't need to.

01 · Sound familiar

Three pains that eat into your margin.

Three pains, three sectors (heat pumps, solar, e-installation), the same patterns. Figures with sources, not off the top of our heads.

01

Too few engineers, too much work.

67%
technical companies short of technicians
75,600
open technical vacancies at the end of 2024
121,000
new skilled workers needed by 2029
50%
youngest engineers gone within a year

The shortage is structural and everyone is fishing in the same pond. In 2026 the waiting time for a heat pump is still over a year.

What we do
  • Recruitment via WhatsApp intake instead of a form nobody fills in.
  • AI screening of CVs within the hour, only candidates who fit.
  • An engineers' app where the work order, photos and hours are ready in thirty seconds, less office friction, longer retention.

02

Admin and scattered data eat your margin.

Requests come in by email, WhatsApp and phone. Client data sits in four systems. Scheduling runs on gut feel. The work order gets retyped in the evening. Travel time is recorded nowhere. Invoices run weeks behind. The difference between growing and getting stuck rarely lies in craftsmanship, almost always in processes.

What we do
  • Digital work order with voice input, hours, materials and the client's signature straight into the system.
  • AI planner that reallocates urgent jobs by skill, travel time and capacity, 10% route efficiency with 5 engineers quickly adds up to €12,500 a year.
  • Client communication automated: "engineer arriving in 15 minutes", handover report by email, invoice the same day.
  • One app that talks to your existing package, not yet another system on top.

Regulation tsunami 2026.2026 data

New Energy Act from 1 January 2026. Revised ISDE. Stricter F-gas requirements. Mandatory InstallQ certification with ISSO 95 and 98. EU EPBD for solar panels. AFIR for charging infrastructure. Work is shifting from standalone products to integrated energy systems, more paperwork per job while you're already short-staffed in the office.

What we do
  • Agents that run compliance checks automatically within the quote flow (ISDE criteria, F-gas category, InstallQ per type of work).
  • A client file that can demonstrate per regulatory requirement what was checked and when, an audit query answered in five minutes, not weeks.
  • We slot updates to new legal rules into your flow automatically, no more wading through separate circulars.

None of these problems get solved by adding yet another tool to your stack. They get solved by taking work away.

The difference

From hours of manual work to minutes.

The same quote, two companies. One wins back half a day every Friday.

Now, manual
45 min

A quote for a heat pump or solar: type out the request, pull in the price list, the bill of materials, the margins, the layout, send it. One at a time, every time, by your best people.

With a FlowBaas agent
3 min

The agent reads the request, asks for missing info and prepares a quote draft from your price list. You check it and send. Your people do the work that genuinely matters.

Why we're different

Separate AI tools, or one practical AI team.

The market currently offers two kinds. One adds screens to your day. One takes work off your plate.

Separate AI tools and ERP modules

Four logins, four subscriptions.

  • One tool for quotes, one for scheduling, one for client email.
  • Four places where your client data lives.
  • Someone in the office has to learn how to operate all four.
  • Annual contracts, integrations often missing, price hikes one by one.
FlowBaas, one practical AI team

One source of truth.

  • Quotes, scheduling and client communication tackled together.
  • One point of contact; one month's notice to cancel.
  • Agents work behind your existing software, not next to it.
  • Steerable by one person in the office, no platform to learn.
02 · What we build

Three use cases, with measurement points.

No empty benchmarks, we measure what you count.

Use case 1

Quotes from a request in minutes

A client sends an email or WhatsApp: solar panels, heat pump, meter cupboard, charging point. Our agent reads the request, asks for missing info, calculates a first quote on your price list and gets it ready for review. You hit send or make changes.

We measure: turnaround time from request to quote sent, and win rate.
Use case 2

Scheduling that allows for reality

The agent connects to your scheduling software, monitors overruns on jobs in progress, reschedules when a part arrives late, and proactively sends clients an update before they call.

We measure: the number of client calls about scheduling, and hours spent rescheduling per week.
Use case 3

Client communication that doesn't pile up

Inbox full on a Friday afternoon? The agent reads, categorises and answers routine questions (status, invoice, rescheduling) on its own. Anything that needs human judgement goes to the right person with context.

We measure: response time on client email and the share of emails handled without a human.
03 · How it works

From first conversation to working agent in 6 weeks.

Three steps. Each with a measurement point. No lock-in.

1
Week 1

Work session

2 hours on site or online. We look at your current process together and pick one use case where the most hours are lost. Not a sales pitch, a work session.

→ chosen use case + scope
2
Weeks 2–5

Build & pilot

We build the agent and connect it to your existing software (quoting package, scheduling system, email). One of your staff tests alongside and steers. Weekly 30-minute check-in.

→ working agent + measurement plan
3
Week 6

Live & measuring

The agent goes live for the whole team. We measure the agreed KPIs for 4 weeks. Working? Scale up to use case 2. Not working? Stop honestly or adjust.

→ rollout on proof

A different package? We build the integration at a fixed rate, no surprises afterwards.

Pilot · Q2 2026

Pilot in the central Netherlands, first figures to follow.

Installation · 2026

An SME installer has been running a pilot on its quote flow and engineers' app since Q2 2026.

We'll publish the first results once the figures are in and the client has checked them. No made-up percentages, no anonymous round numbers on a dashboard. Want to know which company? Ask in an intro call, then they can tell you themselves.

Company name voluntary, shared on request after an NDA check
04 · Questions

Seven questions, seven honest answers.

Want the detailed objections? They're at /en/installers/faq. Figures and sources are at /en/installers/bronnen.

What does this cost per month?

It depends on what you put in. A pilot starts from a fixed amount for 6 weeks, which we name during the work session. After that, a monthly rate tied to usage. No annual contract without proof that it works.

How quickly can I get started?

Work session within one week. Pilot live within 4 weeks. First measurable results within 6 weeks. No weeks-long implementation, no consultants in meeting rooms.

Does this work with our current software (Syntess, OpusFlow, Gripp, PlanTip)?

Yes. We connect via the API or a standard integration. We do a quick stack check beforehand so you get no surprises. Got a different package? Then we build the integration at a fixed rate, no surprises afterwards.

What if the AI gets something wrong with a client?

All agent output to clients goes past a member of staff first, until you say: this type of message can go out directly. You stay in control, always. And we measure every week what goes well and what doesn't.

What do you do with our client data?

Client data stays yours. We only process what the agent needs, within the GDPR, with a data processing agreement. No training of models on your data without explicit consent. Servers in the EU.

What if I want to stop in a year?

One month's notice. We deliver your data export in an open format (CSV, Excel). No hidden migration costs, no export hours billed.

Is anyone else in my industry already doing this?

We've been running a pilot with an installation company in the central Netherlands since Q2 2026. We'll publish the first results once they're in. Construction and installation is a relatively new sector for us, and we say so honestly. We bring the AI build, you bring the installation expertise.

05 · Start

Ready to win back hours?

30 minutes of your time. No sales talk. By the end of the call you'll know whether a pilot makes sense for you, and if not, what a better next step would be.

Three questions, then we know your company.

No half-page form. We just want to know where you stand and how best to reach you.

An estimate is fine.
No multiple choice, write it in your own words.
